Amanda and Sue join forces to exercise us physically and spiritually.  Amanda begins by taking us through exercises that she does with her class, and Sue takes us through the mudras finishing with a short meditation.

Amanda reprises some of the exercises that have figured in previous  Zoom sessions and then leads us into the Ba Duan Jin or Silk Exercises/Eight pieces of Brocade. She concludes by taking the ‘ancient’ section of the Form and looking at it from the Earth, Water and Fire elements.

Amanda practices some familiar Chi Kung, including Wei Chi, and considers how coiling and circling adds a dimension to our movement. She also invites us to have a go at practising the Short Form with only very limited steps
