How we use your information

This privacy notice tells you what to expect when you use this website in terms of the information that we collect about you. It applies to information we collect about:

Visitors to our website

When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

The use of cookies

A cookie is a small piece of text stored on the device which you use to browse the internet (eg your computer or phone). Cookies are primarily used to:

• Store information about you on your computer to remember setting and information you have given.

• Measure how you use the website.

People who use our contact form or email address

The contact form is emailed to use and your details are not stored anywhere within the website. We will see your name and email address along with any message and attachment you include.

These details will only be used to communicate with you in reference to the message and attachment you have submitted and will not be stored for any other purpose or for any longer than is necessary.

People who use our services – membership, joining our mailing/newsletter list.

We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our newsletter. When you join our mailing list, we ask you for your consent to having your name, address, and email address collected, transferred to the United States, and stored by Mailchimp. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Your Rights

Under current legislation you have rights as an individual which to you can exercise in relation to the information w hold about you. In particular, you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by making a ‘subject access request’. . If we do hold information about you we will:

• Provide a copy of that information, in an intelligible form

• Tell you why we are holding it

• Tell you who it could be disclosed to

We encourage people to bring it to our attention if they think that the information we hold is inaccurate or if they think that our use of the information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate. Should the information be inaccurate we will amend it accordingly within 21 days of being notified of the error. Or should you wish your information to be deleted, this will be done within 21 days of being notified of this request.

To protect your privacy, any request for information needs to be made in wring to the address provided on our Contact Us page. We may also ask for verification of your identity prior to releasing the information requested.
