Teachers: Scotland – Inverness

Chris Sadler

Practising and sharing T’ai Chi Chu’an, which began for me in 1986, is a journey that never ends.

Everything in the practice can inspire curiosity. Everything can evoke respect for the power of gentleness and the wisdom of welcoming failure and vulnerability.

I teach with gratitude for all my teachers: my first teacher, Tew Bunnag, and those with deeper mastery than I will ever know, friends and colleagues in the ESTCC, and all my students – not least those whose quiet courage and joy often shine through severe physical and other challenges.

The invitation to return to the present moment is always open.
