Jos Hadfield offers a short course on the fundamentals of t’ai chi
at the Zed Shed, Penryn (open to all levels of experience).
The first session is on Tuesday 18th September, 09.15am-10.45am,
and then every Tuesday at this time up to Tuesday 16th October.
T’ai chi opens our channels of energy, softening the body, freeing the mind and letting it breathe.
Exploring the interplay of yin and yang, we can feel for tightness and softness,
let go unnecessary effort and reveal inner spaciousness and harmony.
It is a great way to find a sense of balance and offers the means to tap into immense reserves of energy.
Promoting a sense of wellbeing, t’ai chi works with the rhythms and harmonies that underpin our being in the world.
For those able to attend the whole course, the cost is reduced to £35.
